Deep-rooted agricultural tradition
Crafted by Tzortzopoulos on the family estate in the northern village of Karava, this organic extra virgin olive oil is the result of deep-rooted agricultural tradition and a commitment to the land.
The Ancestral Grove
Our olives grow in the Stenokampos area, a region where the unique microclimate of northern Kythera meets centuries of agricultural history. Every tree here is a legacy of the family.
Science Meets Soil
Charris Tzortzopoulos, a trained agriculturist, returned to his forefathers’ land in 2001 to lead the estate. He combines scientific precision with traditional farming to prove that modern agriculture can, and should, be restorative.
The Kytherian Profile
This is not a subtle oil; it is an active ingredient. With notes of fresh grass and almond, it is designed to sharpen the flavor of your cooking rather than hide it.

The bioactive power of early-harvest olive oil
Cellular Protection
Rich in bioactive polyphenols, our early-harvest oil acts as a potent antioxidant. It helps protect blood lipids from oxidative stress, directly supporting cardiovascular health and vascular function.
A Measure of Strength
That peppery catch in the throat? It is not harshness—it is the physical sensation of high polyphenol concentration. While industrial oils are refined to be smooth, our oil remains vibrant because it is chemically active and structurally rich.
Daily Food, Not Supplement
In Mediterranean culture, high-quality olive oil is a central staple, not an afterthought. By replacing processed fats with this nutrient-dense oil, you support healthy aging patterns more effectively than any supplement can.
