At The Farm Kitchen, we treat every harvest as a golden gift. Because our olive oils and salts are small-batch, artisanal products, we ensure they are packaged with the same precision and respect with which they were produced, ensuring they arrive at your table at peak vitality.

Processing Times

We are a small-scale collective, and we process orders with intention rather than rushing. Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be prepared for shipment. During peak season or "Harvest Allocation" releases, processing times may vary, and we will communicate any delays directly to you.

Packaging & Protection

Our oils are precious, and glass requires care. We utilize specialized, protective packaging designed to safeguard your bottles during their journey to your home. We prioritize the safety of the product over the speed of the carrier, ensuring that your oil arrives in the exact state it left the grove.

Shipping Destinations & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your allocation.

  • Netherlands: Standard shipping rates apply.

  • International: We offer tracked international shipping. Please note that for orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Harvest

Once your order has been dispatched from our headquarters in Hoofddorp, you will receive a tracking link via email. This allows you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Failed Deliveries & Issues

We ask that you ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or if delivery fails after multiple attempts by the carrier, we will contact you to arrange for a re-shipment at the customer's expense.
