These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products via The Farm Kitchen. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. The agreement

An agreement is formed when you place an order through our website and that order is accepted by us. We reserve the right to decline orders, particularly in instances where stock is unavailable due to the limited, seasonal nature of our harvests.

3. Products & Limited Allocation

Our products are sourced directly from small-scale producers. Because we prioritize quality and the natural rhythms of the harvest, our products are available in limited quantities. We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our oils, salts, and other goods, but please note that due to the artisanal production process, minor variations between batches may occur.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are stated in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to fluctuations in harvest yields or operational costs. Payment is due at the time of purchase via the methods provided at checkout.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase. As we work with fresh, early-harvest products, our goal is to maintain peak freshness during transit. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns & Withdrawals

In accordance with Dutch law (Wet Koop op Afstand), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

  • Sealed Products: Because our products are food items, the right of withdrawal expires once the product seal is broken. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Process: To return an unopened, sealed product, please contact us at info@thefarmkitchen.nl. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

7. Liability

The Farm Kitchen BV is not liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages or loss of profit. Our liability is limited to the direct damages up to the amount of the purchase price of the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, product descriptions, photography, and the Farm Kitchen seal, is the property of The Farm Kitchen BV. Use of this material without express written consent is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be submitted to the competent court in the district where The Farm Kitchen BV is registered.
